Baby Diapper rash

Greetings to you all in the name of our dear Lord Jesus Christ. I do hope my post meets you all well. OK today I be talking about baby dipper rash. Since I had my daughter, I bought this ointment called aquaphor, its an american brand, I know in the UK we also use sudo cream or you can get pure paterolume jelly. As I was saying before I got carried away.... I started from the hospital applying a significant amount on her bum after every dipper change. And I have learned form my elder sister that dipper maybe expensive, but sleepless night over dipper rash is not what you would want to go through . so in light of this, once my baby girl is wet, I don't allowed her dipper get overly full before I change her. So in my own one year baby mama opinion, change your baby often and try to change quicker when baby poos. So my tips on how I personally avoided dipper rash is this: 1) apply a barrier on her bum, I alternate between aquaphor and Shea butter. 2) I started putting her on a potty as early as 5 months, so she could get used to it and poo. I got her one that looks like a chair, so she can be comfortable and rest her back and do her business of the day. This came in handy, when she stated teething she was pooing so much. I went through a box of dipper so quickly. And by then her bum was red and had opened sores. Yuppp! It did. And if she peed it burns she cried so much. So when I notice she wants to poo, I put her on her potty, I noticed on the 2nd episode she did not have dipper rash from poo touching her bum skin when she poos in her dipper. to my mind, I think that poo during the direhea period is acidic and burns the skin. What did I do? Ok I decided to leave her bear bum when she was at home. My house is tiled so if she peed or pooed I use a rag clean up, wash it off and bleach down all I used and wipe the floor with bleach and wash my hands. I noticed that leaving her bum exposed, it made the sores dry faster. In addition to applying Vaseline or sudocream. 3) I ditched her wipes and got a soft cloth to wipe her bum with. I read this off baby center. So I stopped using wipes on her bum during the period she was stooling a lot. I got a white wash cloth so after each use I wash off immediately and keep. I dip it in very look warm or cold water, and wipe her bum. I noticed that hot water makes the sores hot more, but with cold water she relaxes a bit more. 4) oh this is supposed to be number 1 . once she poos more than 3 times a day I start giving her ORT that's diarolite. Ahhh that's the salt and sugar mixture. I add zinc tablets to it, I heard it helps to..... I have forgotten the importance. I think repair ..... I truly have forgotten. So that's my story. Post Myomectomy

Post myomectomy operation, I will advice that you stick to the doctor’s advice, do all he tells you even if your body feels otherwise. I spent 3 days in the hospital and when I came home, having OCD, I unpacked my bags myself, and put things away. I also took very short walks, from the house to the gate, as the doctor told me to exercise my calf muscles. On my day 2 at home, I made lunch, and also swept my house from kitchen to bathroom, lounge and bedroom, as I was bored, and also because I feel no one can clean to my taste. I did not feel any pain, and I could bend, although I could not stand up right. A week later, I removed the stitches, and then the pay back began. First of all it was so painful taking off the plaster as my pubic hair had grown a bit. (Rub a lot of baby oil on all sides of the plaster before you go to have it removed) when the thread was taken off, it was as if the pain had been released. FOLIC ACID REVIEW

I started taking folic acid about 3 weeks ago, excited about it, and feeling very prepared for my journey; all of a sudden I started having pimples very tiny ones like rash on my forehead .  I started using my Italian towel, but to no avail.  It still kept coming up fresh every day and multiplying. I had to sit back and think about what new stuff I have introduced to my system. I then pinned it down to the folic acid. I browsed about it, and I found out that most people complained that they did have acne from taking the folic acid. It has been 3 days since I stopped taking it, and I can see the pimples is suppressing on its own. My husband explained to me that the dosage maybe very high.
