FORGIVENESS. How does this work?? Ok, this is how the story goes. Mimi is my dearest friend, she was hurt by her boyfriend. A couple of years ago, her boyfriend had an affair with another lady, and my friend did find out later about it. They did confront each other about it, and then after all said and done, she forgave him and they got back together, and are married and have twin boys. However Mimi says that from time to time when events or talks which come up about the affair, it still hurts and she wants to know if she has actually forgiven him. After 6 years it still hurts. I don’t know what to say to her, I am not sure why it hurts after 6 years. I then wonder if she has not forgiven him, how will they be married, be in love, and have kids if she has not forgiven him? I see them play, laugh, go to church, pray and are in love and together (to what my eyes see)  but how can a hurt of 6 years still hurt? WHATS HAPPENING TO HER? HAS SHE TRULY FORGIV...

I started taking folic acid about 3 weeks ago, excited about it, and feeling very prepared for my journey; all of a sudden I started having pimples very tiny ones like rash on my forehead .  I started using my Italian towel, but to no avail.  It still kept coming up fresh every day and multiplying. I had to sit back and think about what new stuff I have introduced to my system. I then pinned it down to the folic acid. I browsed about it, and I found out that most people complained that they did have acne from taking the folic acid. It has been 3 days since I stopped taking it, and I can see the pimples is suppressing on its own. My husband explained to me that the dosage maybe very high. Hello lovely people. This is an update on how I am doing post 5 weeks of surgery. I had an appointment with my doctor on Monday, and all is well with me. I had my period which was a week late. It was quite heavy and I did see very tiny strands of clots, accompanied with pains in my tummy, vagina and back, so much that I had to call my doctor, who told me that it was normal, as I am still healing. He said he usually places women on some kind of drug which makes them feel menopausal and quite uncomfortable so he did not place me on it. He however said that my next period would be lighter with no pain, so I look forward to it later in the month. After my period, I took a 15 minutes walk ( did not time the walk) around the neighbourhood, when I came back I noticed that I was bleeding, but it ceased at night time.
